    * Subscription period from Sept. 6 to Sept. 7 and payment
date on
Sept. 12 
    * Says it will issue new shares via private placement, with
the
paid-in price of 222.3 yen per share (up to 492.9 million yen in
total)   
    * Subscription date on Oct. 10 and payment date on Oct. 11
