** Shares of Solstice Minerals  SLS.AX  rise as much as 6.1%
to A$0.175, their highest since June 20
    ** Stock on track for best session since June 29, if gains
hold

 infill soil sampling has confirmed significant gold anomalies
at the Ponton project in Western Australia
    ** More than 300,000 shares have changed hands, compared
with the 30-day average of about 180,000 shares 
    ** Stock down 29.8% since its IPO in May this year
