    * Says a Tokyo-based co to increase voting rights in the co 
to 18.75 percent from 0 percent and to be top shareholder of the 
co 
    * Says another Tokyo-based co to decrease voting rights in 
the co to 17.43 percent from 36.18 percent and will no longer as 
top shareholder of the co 
    * Says the changes will effective on Aug. 16
