**  Shares of bedding firm Somnigroup SGI.N up 2.6% at $62.05 premarket after secondary offering launched

    ** Lexington, Kentucky-based co says ~15.4 mln shares to be offloaded by subsidiary of IBEX Topco B.V., former majority shareholder of Mattress Firm

    ** Netherlands-based IBEX divesting entire 7.4% stake

      ** Goldman Sachs sole underwriter for offering

    ** In Feb, Tempur Sealy completed $4 bln deal to buy Mattress Firm, and announced name change to Somnigroup

    ** SGI has ~208.6 mln shares outstanding for $12.6 bln market cap

** Through Fri close, stock up ~7% YTD
