The CMA has published the text of its decision on the completed acquisition by Sony Music Entertainment of all issued shared of the entities comprising the AWAL and the Kobalt Neighbouring Rights businesses from Kobalt Music Group Limited, which was referred to Phase II on 16 September 2021.
