Sound Energy PLC, (AIM:SOU) the AIM listed transition energy company,  is
pleased to announce that following the announcement of the sale of Sound
Energy Meridja Ltd, which holds the Company's interest in the Tendrara
Exploitation Concession, onshore Morocco, on 26 May 2026,  Majid Shafiq, the
Company's Chief Executive Officer and Andrew Matharu, Chief Financial Officer,
will be holding a live Investor presentation and Q&A session via the
Investor Meet Company platform on 28 May 2026 at 5.30 pm (UK Local time).

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
