South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) (South32) (the Company)
advises that a 'Changes relating to buy-back' form (Appendix 3C) was lodged on
the Australian Securities Exchange today and is voluntarily disclosed on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange by way of submission to
the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection
