CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) (South32) announces that Kelly O'Rourke has been appointed as Company Secretary of South32 Limited and that Nicole Duncan has resigned as Company Secretary of South32 Limited, effective 1 July 2021.
Ms Duncan will leave South32 on 9 July 2021 and Kelly O'Rourke will become Chief Legal and External Affairs Officer. Kelly will be accountable for the Legal, Company Secretary and Business Integrity functions in addition to External Affairs and Sustainability Strategy.
South32 Chief Executive Officer, Graham Kerr said: "Ms O'Rourke started her career as a solicitor and brings extensive legal and commercial experience to the position having worked in both private practice and inhouse for many years.
 
"I would like to thank Nicole for her significant contribution to South32. Nicole has been part of the Lead Team from the beginning and was instrumental in establishing South32 and our robust corporate governance and business ethics structures."
 
Claire Tolcon remains an additional company secretary of South32 Limited.
