DATE AND LOCATION OF 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
 
South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) (South32) will hold its 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 25 October 2018. The AGM will be held at the Pan Pacific Hotel, 207 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, Western Australia commencing at 10.30am (AWST).
Further details regarding the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting, which will be sent to shareholders in September 2018 and will also be available on the ASX Market Announcements Platform and the South32 website.
