SOUTH32 PAYMENTS TO GOVERNMENTS REPORT 2024

South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) (South32) advises that its
2024 Tax Transparency and Payments to Governments Report, which includes
information on total payments made by country and level of government and
total payments to government by project as required by the UK Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR) 4.3A, has
been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available
for inspection.
