SOUTH32 PAYMENTS TO GOVERNMENTS REPORT 2025

South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) (South32) advises that its
2025 Tax Transparency and Payments to Governments Report, along with its 2025
Tax Transparency Databook, which includes information on total payments made
by country and level of government and total payments to government by project
as required by the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rule (DTR) 4.3A, has been uploaded to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection.
