NEWS RELEASE I 17 MARCH 2023

 

RESULTS OF MEETING

A General Meeting (Meeting) of Sovereign Metals Limited (Company) (ASX:SVM,
AIM:SVML) was held today, 17 March 2023, at 10.00am (AWST).

 

The resolution voted on was in accordance with the Notice of General Meeting
previously advised to shareholders and depository interest holders. The
resolution was decided on and carried by way of poll.

 

In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASX Listing
Rule 3.13.2, the details of the poll and proxies received in respect of the
resolution is set out over page.

 

The indicative timetable regarding the Demerger is provided below.
