Jan 6 (Reuters) - Sp Group A/S  SPGP.CO : 
    * Through its subsidiary Tinby A/S, on Jan 6, 2017, SP Group A/S has agreed to acquire LM 
Skumplast A/S, at a total price, including takeover of debt (enterprise value), of 6.6 million 
Danish crowns ($940,586.30) 
    * SP Group finances the acquisition of LM Skumplast A/S by debt 
    * No new shares will be issued because of the acquisition 
    * The revenue of LM Skumplast A/S in 2017 is expected to amount to about 10 million crowns 
with an EBITDA of about 2 million crowns
