Nov 21 (Reuters) - SP Group A/S  SPGP.CO : 
    * Says acquires Plexx AS Opido AB through its subsidiary Gibo Plast A/S 
    * Agreed to acquire PlexxOpido in Norway and Sweden, at a total price, including takeover of 
debt (enterprise value), of 33 million Danish crowns ($4.7 million) 
    * Finances acquisition of PlexxOpido by debt 
    * Outlook for year 2016 is not upgraded
