    * Subsidiary SP Moulding A/S acquires Aasum Plast & Metal 
A/S  
    * Acquisition price amounts to 4 million Danish crowns  
($600,000), free from debt. 
    * As the acquisition takes place on the Oct. 15 2016 it will 
not have any effect on the expectations for the FY 2016.
