New three-year agreement with LNER and existing renewals

SpaceandPeople (AIM: SAL) is delighted to announce a new three-year exclusive
agreement with LNER, covering promotional events across its entire network of
stations.

This marks the beginning of a new partnership with LNER and significantly
expands SpaceandPeople's presence in UK railway stations, adding high-footfall
locations such as Newcastle, York and Doncaster stations to its portfolio. We
anticipate strong demand from brand advertisers and retailers seeking
activation opportunities across the network.

Alongside the LNER contract win, SpaceandPeople has recently renewed
multi-year agreements with several other train operating companies, including
West Midlands Trains, East Midlands Trains and Greater Anglia. Together with
existing agreements with Network Rail, South Eastern Trains, Govia Thameslink
Railway, Northern Rail, Transport for Wales, Chiltern Railways and Merseyrail
this provides SpaceandPeople with exclusive rights to more than 1,600
stations, representing over 1.6 billion passengers.
