SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, was notified today that Mr Gregor Dunlay, Finance Director and Mr George Watt, non-executive director of SpaceandPeople have acquired ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.
Mr. Gregor Dunlay bought 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 46 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 September 2014. Following this transaction, Mr Dunlay is beneficially interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
Mr. George Watt bought 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 47 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 September 2014. Following this transaction, Mr Watt is beneficially interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
