specialist, announces that notice of the Annual General Meeting of the
Company, to be held at 11.00am on 29 June 2023 at The DoubleTree by Hilton, 36
Cambridge Street, Glasgow, G2 3NH, has been posted to shareholders on 6 June
2023.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2022 have also
been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at
