Notice of Results and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

SpaceandPeople (AIM: SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience
specialist, is pleased to confirm it will be announcing its results for the
year to 31 December 2022 on Tuesday 30 May 2023.

In addition, Nancy Cullen (CEO) and Gregor Dunlay (CFO) will provide a live
presentation relating to the final results via Investor Meet Company ("IMC")
on 30 May 2023 at 2.00pm (BST).

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
