Trading update

 

SpaceandPeople, (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience
specialist, today issues a

pre-close trading update for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("FY22").

 

The Board is pleased to report that trading during the second half of 2022 was
strong, with total unaudited revenue for FY22 being in line with market
expectations, being approximately £5.5m.

 

As at 31 December 2022, the Group had cash of £1.9 million (31 December 2021:
£1.4 million) with

£1.5 million of term loans (2021: £1.8 million) and undrawn bank facilities
of £0.7 million (2021: £0.7

million). Therefore, cash headroom at 31 December 2022 was £2.6 million
(2021: £2.2 million).

 

Trading momentum has continued in early 2023 in both the UK and Germany
despite rail strikes and the Board looks forward to continued increases in
revenue and profitability for the year.

 

The Group expects to announce its FY22 results during the week commencing 1
May 2023.
