Additionally, it was agreed by the Company and the Company's auditors, that Mr Greig McKnight of Campbell Dallas Audit Services would continue as the audit partner for an additional year beyond the standard rotation period of 5 years. The decision was taken to eliminate any potential impact in audit quality from changing audit partner given the exceptional circumstances of Covid-19 on this year. This approach is consistent with the FRC Ethical Standards.
