    ** IT services co said it will enter into a 16 bln rupees
($191 mln) JV with Russian firm Modern Fuel Technologies
    ** JV for liquefied natural gas projects across India
    ** Stock eyes busiest trading session ever, over 13 mln

    ** Session's gains trim YTD losses to 1.4%
