** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct fall since January 7

** Stock on track to record its worst week since mid-October, having lost 18.8% so far this week

** Tech firm announces A$6 million ($4.14 million) placement at an issue price of A$0.06 per share

** Issue price at a discount of 20% to stock's last closing

** Funds raised will be applied to enhancement of Spacetalk app, others — SPA

** Stock has fallen 40.9% this year, including session moves
