** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct fall since July 6
** The technology firm receives commitments to raise A$10 million ($7.04 million), at an issue price of A$0.075
** Company says issue price is at 10.7% discount to stock's last close
** Stock down over 25% this year, including the day's move
