Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities/persons closely associated

Speedy Hire Plc announces that Paul Rayner, Chief Financial Officer of the
Company, sold ordinary shares and repurchased part of the shares sold through
a Bed and ISA arrangement for him, and his PCA purchased shares into an ISA
account equal to the balance of the shares sold. The following disclosures
are made in accordance with Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation
and provide further detail.
