Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland
focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that, further
to the Appointment of Chief Financial Officer announcement on 12 July 2023,
requisite regulatory due diligence has now been completed by the Company's
Nomad and accordingly Iain logan has been appointed to the Board of the
Company.

pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies (the
