It delivers private housing on developments of various sizes across Central, West and the North of Scotland under its Springfield, Dawn Homes, Walker Group and Tulloch Homes brands. This includes standalone Village developments, each with up to 3,000 plots. It primarily focuses on sourcing land for private housing in areas with growth potential and progressing those developments through the planning process. The Company also develops affordable housing in partnership with local authorities, housing associations or other public bodies. Its developments include Ardersier, Blairgowrie, Buckie, Dornoch, Dundee, Dunfermline, Elgin, Forres, Gartcosh, Harthill, Inverness and Milnathort.
