Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland
focused on delivering private and affordable housing, has been informed that,
in order to provide liquidity to satisfy institutional demand, Sandy Adam,
Chairman, together with persons closely associated with him, sold 2,267,899
ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the
Company on 11 November 2025 and 12 November 2025. Following these
transactions, Mr Adam now holds 25,440,120 Ordinary Shares(1) in the Company,
representing 21.4% of its issued share capital.
