Director Share Purchases
Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland
focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Michelle
Motion, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Michael Holm, husband and
PCA of Michelle Motion, yesterday purchased, through respective ISAs, a total
of 6,571 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 75.61 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Michelle Motion(1) has an interest in 134,097
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
In addition, in respect of the Company's announcement of 19 December 2022, the
Company confirms that Innes Smith purchased a total of 51,667 Ordinary Shares
and that he does not intend to affect an ISA transfer. Accordingly, Innes
Smith(2) now has an interest in 975,321 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
