Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland
focused on delivering private and affordable housing, gives notice that the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Group will be held on Wednesday 25
October at 1.00pm at Springfield's office at Alexander Fleming House, 8
Southfield Drive, Elgin, Morayshire, IV30 6GR.
