focused on delivering private and affordable housing, gives notice that the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Group will be held on 30 October 2024
at 1.00pm at Springfield's office at Alexander Fleming House, 8 Southfield
Drive, Elgin, Morayshire, IV30 6GR.
