    - TikTok's Chinese owner ByteDance Ltd has begun talks with
music labels about expanding its music-streaming service
globally to compete with industry leaders including Spotify
Technology SA  SPOT.N 
    - U.S. chip-equipment suppliers KLA Corp  KLAC.O  and LAM
Research Corp  LRCX.O  are pulling out staff and pausing
business activities at China's leading memory-chip maker Yangtze
Memory Technologies Co.
    - Brad Pitt's Plan B Entertainment is exploring strategic
options including a possible sale of all or part of the company,
following a wave of similar deals involving independent
production firms.
    - Activist investor Macellum Advisors GP LLC is ratcheting
up the pressure, calling on department-store chain Kohls Corp
 KSS.N  to make changes to its board or face another proxy
fight.
        - Squarespace Inc  SQSP.N  has recruited Amazon
executive Nathan Gooden as its new finance chief as the software
company looks to grow its e-commerce business.
