music labels about expanding its music-streaming service
globally to compete with industry leaders including Spotify

- U.S. chip-equipment suppliers KLA Corp KLAC.O and LAM
Research Corp LRCX.O are pulling out staff and pausing
business activities at China's leading memory-chip maker Yangtze
Memory Technologies Co.
- Brad Pitt's Plan B Entertainment is exploring strategic
options including a possible sale of all or part of the company,
following a wave of similar deals involving independent
production firms.
- Activist investor Macellum Advisors GP LLC is ratcheting
