shares rise ~2.1% to $46.23 premarket
    ** PE firm Permira agrees to increase its offer price to
take SQSP private, now valuing the deal at $7.2 billion - Cos
    ** Permira to offer $46.50 per share in cash to SQSP
stockholders vs earlier proposal of $44 apiece
    ** SQSP was valued at $6.5 billion in its market debut in
May 2021
    ** Company's shares up 37.2% YTD as of last close
