U.S. stock indexes were set to open slightly higher on Tuesday in cautious
trading ahead of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell's testimony before Congress
that could shed more light on the central bank's interest rate hike plans.  .N 
    
    At 9:04 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.04% at 33,436. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.01% at 4,052.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.06%
at 12,331.
