Live Webcast & AGM Update

 

SRT Marine Systems PLC (SRT), a global provider of maritime surveillance,
monitoring and management systems, is pleased to announce two corporate
investor events.

1)    Webcast: Live CEO webcast at 08.00 am on Friday 15(th) September
2023.

2)    AGM & Open Day: from 09.00 am on Tuesday 19(th) September 2023.

Webcast Instructions - 08.00am Friday 15(th) September 2023

The webcast shall be hosted by Simon Tucker, CEO of SRT, and is a live,
unedited public event and thus can be viewed online live by anyone by
following the below instructions. The unedited recording of the webcast will
be available in the News section of our web site later the same day.

Questions to be answered by Simon during the webcast can be submitted by email
prior to the event using investor@srt-marine.com or live during the event
using the webcast viewing portal.

Anyone may view the webcast live on the day in complete privacy. In order to
view the webcast live, please follow the below instructions a few minutes
before 8:00 am on Friday 15(th) September 2023 (the day of the webcast).

1.       In your web browser go to www.srt-marine.com/news and scroll
down to the bottom of the page to the "INVESTOR WEBCAST" section.

2.       Click on the link "15(th) September 2023" and this will take
you to a simple registration page, which once completed will give you
immediate access to the live webcast. We recommend that this is done a few
minutes prior to the start of the webcast, which will start promptly at
8:00am.

3.       During the web cast you may submit questions using the "ask a
question" text box on your viewing page. These are immediately displayed to
Simon to answer live. Please note that your question and any other personal
details are not publicly displayed, logged or disclosed.

 

Please note that the identity of persons viewing the web cast and/or
submitting questions are entirely confidential not be broadcast.

AGM & Investor Open Day - Tuesday 19(th) September 2023

 

Investors and shareholders are invited to attend the SRT open day and AGM at
our Head Office in Midsomer Norton, Somerset. No prior registration is
required and both shareholders and non-holders are also invited.

 

1)    Investor Open Day: Is held between 09.00 am to 11:00 am at our
offices with coffee, tea and cakes available. This is an opportunity for
investors to meet SRT team members, have a facilities tour and touch and feel
our products.

2)    AGM: Is held between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm at The Best Western
Centurian Hotel in Midsomer Norton which is approximately 500 meters from our
offices. Refreshments and buffet lunch will be provided.

 

The Company announces that its nominated adviser and broker finnCap Ltd, has
changed its name to Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.
