SRT Marine Systems plc develops and provides integrated maritime surveillance, monitoring, management, and safety systems used by coast guards, fishery authorities, infrastructure, and vessel owners for the purposes of managing and controlling their maritime domain. It offers a range of automatic identification system (AIS) products encompasses all AIS types and maritime domain awareness applications, such as vessel transceivers, VMS transceivers and fishing buoy trackers, base station, AIS search and rescue transceivers, satellite data and AIS transceiver modules. Its VMS transceiver and fishing buoy trackers are suited for large scale national fishery monitoring and national vessel tracking programs. Its applications include security, safety, search and rescue, law enforcement, fisheries management, illegal fishing detection, buoy monitoring, accident investigation, waterways, ports and environment monitoring. It also provides system design consultancy.
