Philippines Ombudsman Complaint Cleared & Dismissed

SRT Marine Systems plc ('SRT'), a global provider of intelligent maritime
surveillance systems for sovereigns and maritime navigation safety is pleased
to advise that the Philippine Courts have formally and fully cleared and
dismissed as false and baseless all allegations, claims and media reports of
conspiracy, graft and bidding irregularities made against Simon Tucker (CEO),
SRT Marine Systems and other named persons, in respect to the BFAR fisheries
IMEMS project in The Philippines. This brings the matter to a definitive
close.
