Board Appointment

 

SSP Group plc ("SSP" or the "Group"), a leading global travel food and
beverage operator, is pleased to announce the appointment of Candace McGraw as
an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 June
2026. Candace will join the Audit and Nomination Committees.

Candace McGraw is an experienced international executive with more than 30
years' experience across the global aviation sector. Candace spent 15 years as
Chief Executive Officer of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport,
which was recognised seven times as the Best Regional Airport in North America
by SkyTrax during her tenure, and she has held a number of other senior
leadership roles across airport operations and governance.

Candace previously served as Chair of the World Governing Board of Airports
Council International, the global trade association representing approximately
90% of the world's commercial airports, stepping down in December 2025. She
also previously served on the US Department of Transportation's Women in
Aviation Advisory Board and NextGen Advisory Committee, which advises on the
modernisation of US air traffic systems and aviation workforce development.

Through these leadership roles, Candace brings significant experience in
strategic airport partnerships, large scale business and digital
transformation, expansive infrastructure operations and corporate governance.
In addition to her aviation sector roles, Candace serves as a Non-Executive
Director of Toronto listed Flagship Communities REIT, a real estate investment
trust focused on residential communities, and as an Advisory Member of Fifth
Third Bank in the Cincinnati region. She also holds Board positions with the
Kentucky Community and Technical College System and the Kentucky Cabinet for
Economic Development.

Each Director of SSP is subject to annual re-election by shareholders, and
accordingly this appointment will be the subject of a separate resolution at
SSP's 2027 Annual General Meeting.

This announcement is made in accordance with the UK Listing Rules and the
Company confirms that there is no information to be disclosed under Listing
Rule 6.4.8R other than as set out in this announcement.
