Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R the Company advises that, as at 29 May 2026, its
issued share capital consists of 770,542,157 ordinary shares of 1 (17/200)
pence each with voting rights.

 

There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury, therefore the total number of
voting rights in the Company is 770,542,157.

 

This figure of 770,542,157 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and
others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
