ZURICH/BERLIN, Feb 15(Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:
    CREDIT SUISSE  CSGN.S 
    Global investment company Sixth Street  TSLX.K  is hiring
former Credit Suisse banker Linda Hsu as chief operating officer
(COO) of its structured products division, two sources familiar

    Separately, Bloomberg News reported REPT Battero Energy Co.
has added Credit Suisse to arrange its planned Hong Kong initial
public offering, which could raise as much as $1 billion,

    Reported full-year operating profit of 221.7 million Swiss
francs ($240.06 million), up 0.7% from the previous year.
