** Stock has gained 27.7% in the week, as of 0350 GMT

** On Thursday, U.S.-based Blackboxstocks Inc BLBX.O entered strategic alliance with SGQ to secure high-grade rare earths supply from Araxa project

** Around 30.4 million shares change hands, 1.4x the 30-day average volume

** Stock has risen 280% this year, as of 0355 GMT
