PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The final terms dated 26 February 2026 relating to the issue by Standard
Chartered PLC on 5 March 2026 of U.S.$1,000,000,000 4.529 per cent. Fixed Rate
Reset Notes due 2032 and the final terms dated 26 February 2026 relating to
the issue by Standard Chartered PLC on 5 March 2026 of U.S.$750,000,000 5.706
per cent. Fixed Rate Reset Notes due 2047 (together, the "Notes") (together,
the "Final Terms") have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and
are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued under the U.S.$77,500,000,000 debt issuance
programme established by Standard Chartered PLC and Standard Chartered Bank.

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of
the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange
with effect from 5 March 2026.
