URGES TPIL TO HOLD AN INDEPENDENT SHAREHOLDER VOTE

A group of long-term investors in TPIL has today announced it has formed a formal investor group ("TPIL Investor Group" or the "Investor Group").
The Investor Group is currently comprised of Asset Value Investors Limited, Evelyn Partners Investment Management Limited, Almitas Capital LLC, Staude Capital Pty Limited and Metage Capital Limited. The Investor Group represents 14% of the Ordinary Shares of TPIL.
The Investor Group intends to oppose the proposed all-share combination ("Proposed Transaction") between TPIL and Malibu Life Reinsurance SPC ("Malibu").
