** Shares of Steamhouse India STEO.NS surge 26.1% to 102.23 rupees in market debut
** IPO opened at 94.50 rupees on NSE vs issue price of 81 rupees
** Industrial gas company's 4.14 bln-rupee ($43.2 mln) IPO opened for subscription last week, where investors bid for shares priced between 77 and 81 rupees
** Issue was subscribed 30.49 times, receiving bids worth up to 92.95 bln rupees
** IPO comprised fresh issue worth 3.53 bln rupees, while existing shareholders sold shares worth 610 mln rupees - prospectus
** Proceeds to be used for repayment of debt, fund capex for expansion projects and to set up a new manufacturing unit, per prospectus
