Australia's Alligator Energy hits over 6-yr high on buying Uranium-rich tenement

** Shares of Alligator Energy Ltd  AGE.AX  gain as much as
31.4% to A$0.046, their highest since April 2015
    ** The uranium explorer enters a binding terms sheet to
acquire EL6350, a tenement containing uranium intersections,
from Stellar Resources Ltd  SRZ.AX   urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX8RygMY
    ** Co's unit to buy the tenement for A$135,000 to be
satisfied through the issue of AGE shares
    ** Meanwhile, shares of Stellar Resources  SRZ.AX  add upto
6.7% to A$0.024 in its biggest intraday pct jump since May 7
    ** About 59.7 mln AGE shares change hands, more than double
the 30-day avg volume of 27.4 mln
    ** AGE stock has more than tripled in value this year, as of
last close
