** Shares of tin explorer Stellar Resources  SRZ.AX  jump as
much as 18.2% to A$0.013, best session since July 27, if gains
hold
    ** Co says its unit Tarcoola Iron Pty Ltd was granted
exploration licence over a combined area of 97 km square in the
Mt Paris and Scamander North areas of Northeast Tasmania
