** Shares of India's STL Networks STLW.NS rise 4.9% to 51.87 rupees
** Digital infrastructure and IT services co says it emerged as the lowest bidder for a RailTel Corporation of India RAIT.NS contract 
** Adds contract is valued at 2.50 billion rupees ($26.07 million), inclusive of taxes
** Co says contract involves design, supply, installation and deployment of cloud infrastructure at RailTel's data centre and disaster recovery site
** More than 19.2 million shares change hands, about 3.2x the 30-day average volume - LSEG compiled data
** Stock more than doubles YTD
