Malta Financial Services Authority approval of
Harbour Pensions Limited acquisition
STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider, is pleased to announce that pursuant to the announcements on 13 November 2017 and 24 January 2018, the Malta Financial Services Authority approved the acquisition of Harbour Pensions Limited ("Harbour") by STM Malta Limited on 16 February 2018. Completion of the acquisition is expected to happen within the next few working days, following the remaining outstanding standard conditions being satisfied.
A further announcement will be made in respect of completion in due course.
