Rescheduling of Final Results announcement

 & Investor Presentation

 

STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider,
announces the rescheduling of its final results announcement for the 12 months
to 31 December 2021 and investor presentation.

 

Both the Company and its auditor, Deloitte LLP, require additional time to
finalise the audit. The substantive work is well progressed, however, and the
revised announcement date will be confirmed in due course.

 

The Group's operating results are currently expected to be consistent with the
Company's trading update published on 31 January 2022.
