Trading Update, Board Change

Notice of Results & Investor Presentation

 

STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider,
announces a trading update for the 12 months to 31 December 2021, a Board
change and notice of its final results for 2021.

 

Trading Update

Further to the trading update of 19 November 2021, the Board confirms that its
trading results for 2021 will be materially in line with previous guidance,
subject to any adjustments resulting from the Group audit process.
Expectations for 2022 also remain in line with existing guidance.

 

Board Change

Robin Ellison, who joined the Plc Board as a Non-Executive Director at the
time of STM's acquisition of the London & Colonial Group in 2016,
relinquishes his Board position as from today, 31 January 2022, having
completed a five year term.  A process is underway to appoint a successor to
Robin and a further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.

 

Commenting on Robin's contribution, Alan Kentish, CEO, said:

"Robin has been a valued member of the Plc Board and with his pension legal
background has significantly added to the vision and strategy of the Group.
His career in the UK pensions industry spans many decades, and his depth of
knowledge and contacts means that STM will continue to work with Robin on a
consultancy basis going forward. I, along with the remainder of the Plc Board,
would like to thank Robin for his valued service to STM."

 

Notice of Results

STM Group expects to announce its Final Results for the 12 months to 31
December 2021 on Tuesday 29 March 2022.

 

Investor Presentation - 4pm on Wednesday 30 March 2022

Chief Executive, Alan Kentish, and Chief Financial Officer, Nicole Coll, will
be hosting a remote presentation to review the 2021 Results and prospects at
4pm on Wednesday 30 March 2022.
